More info: Many Power Macintoshes and clones have a MESH (Macintosh Enhanced SCSI Hardware) SCSI bus adaptor (the 7200 doesn't, but all of the other Power Macintoshes do). Say Y to include support for this SCSI adaptor. To compile this driver as a module, choose M here: the module will be called mesh.
