More info: This is the core driver for the PLD (Programmable Logic Device) found on some Kontron ETX and nearly all COMexpress (ETXexpress) modules as well as on some other Kontron products. The PLD device may provide functions like watchdog, GPIO, UART and I2C bus. This driver can also be built as a module. If so, the module will be called kempld-core.
